Jörg Sackmann is one of the most creative Chefs in Germany. Awarded with 2 Michelin Stars for his kitchen in his Restaurant in Baiersbronn in the Black Forest area of southern Germany.
Since 2013, he has now been supported by his son Nico, who shares his father's enthusiasm for great cuisine, love of regional products and passion for herbs and flavours. Now their first joint cookbook has been published with the most spectacular recipes of the two chefs, who are among the best cooks in Germany.
This is the third book we have designed now for this successful family business. And again, it's about the family and their visions for the future. In 2021 the hotel and restaurant were completely rebuilt and modernised. The result is another highlight for Black Forest lovers and gourmets.
