We had the pleasure to design this Coffee Table Book when Juan Amador run his 3 Michelin starred Restaurant near Frankfurt/Main during the first Millennium decade.

As you probably know Juan Amador lives and works now in Vienna. With his Restaurant Amador he received again 3 Michelin Stars in 2019 – the only Restaurant in Austria awarded with 3 Michelin stars.

This book is a must for every Cookbook Collector. As no other publication it shows 50 recipes of Juan Amadors interpretation of the molecular kitchen brought to us with Spains culinary revolution headed by the Chefs Ferran Adrià and Mari Arzak.
