Hans Haas, Chef of the famous Restaurant Tantris in Munich with 2** Michelin Stars is a living legend. After working with Paul Haeberlin and Eckart Witzigmann he became chef of the legendary Restaurant Tantris – the cradle of the German culinary revolution which started here in the seventies.

We photographed and designed this Coffee Table in 2016. A Book full of fantastic recipes with corresponding panoramic images of 35 plates as you got them for many years at the legendary Tantris in Munich. Complemented by athmospheric black and white pictures from the kitchen.
